Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Different terms apply to new and used laptops.

Important Notice

All returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Failure to meet these requirements may result in rejection of your return request or partial refund.

New Laptops Return Policy

Return Window

7 Days from the date of delivery for store purchases and online orders.
Note: Return period starts from the delivery date, not the purchase date for online orders.

Return Conditions for New Laptops

Unopened & Sealed Package

The laptop must be in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging with all seals intact.

Complete Accessories

All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional materials must be included.

Original Invoice

You must present the original purchase invoice or order confirmation.

No Physical Damage

The product and packaging must be free from scratches, dents, or any physical damage.

Refund Process

For eligible returns of unopened new laptops, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

• Original payment method will be credited

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect

• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer for change of mind returns

No Returns Accepted If:

  • The product has been opened, used, or activated
  • Any seals, stickers, or packaging have been tampered with
  • The laptop shows signs of installation or software changes
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Return request is made after the 7-day period

Used Laptops Return Policy

Return Window

3 Days from the date of delivery for testing and inspection.
This period allows you to thoroughly test the laptop for any functional issues or defects.

Returns Accepted For

Hardware Defects

Non-functioning components like keyboard, touchpad, screen, ports, speakers, or camera.

Performance Issues

Laptop does not perform as described in the product listing (significantly slower than specified).

Battery Issues

Battery health significantly lower than stated or not charging properly.

Misrepresentation

Specifications do not match what was advertised (different RAM, storage, processor, etc.).

Refund Process

How to Test Your Used Laptop

We recommend thoroughly testing your laptop within the 3-day period:

✓ Test all keyboard keys and touchpad functionality

✓ Check all USB ports, HDMI, audio jack, and other connections

✓ Verify screen quality and check for dead pixels✓ Test speakers, microphone, and webcam

✓ Check WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity

✓ Monitor battery performance and charging

✓ Run basic performance tests

✓ Verify specifications match the listing

Refund/Exchange Options

For eligible returns of used laptops with verified defects:

Option 1: Exchange

Replace with another laptop of equal or higher value from our inventory.

Option 2: Full Refund

Receive complete refund of purchase price within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the defect was our error or the laptop was not as described.
